How much is shipping?

We keep shipping easy for our customers through our network of international partners.

  • Free Shipping: All of Europe, China, and North America
  • Delivery Time: Please allow 1-7 business days for delivery (depending on your location)
  • Handling Time: All orders and knives are inspected prior to packaging. Please allow 1-2 days for order handling.
  • What courier / carrier to we use?: For North America, DHL or Fedex. Europe – DHL. China – local Carrier.

Return Policy

You want to return an article? You can revoke the purchase contract for the delivered goods within the legal revocation period of 14 days from receipt of the goods. In addition, we also offer you a voluntary obligation to take back the goods from Vollkommen FVR up to 30 days after conclusion of the purchase contract. Send us an e-mail with your order number to info@vollkommen-fvr.de.

We will provide you with a return number and information on how / where to return the goods. Please keep the receipt of posting. More information about the right of withdrawal and the return of goods can be found here.

After we have received and evaluated the product, we will refund you the amount on the payment method indicated. Please note that this can take between 5 and 10 working days depending on your bank.

We will cover the costs of returning the goods.

We recommend that you take pictures of the item before and after packing so that any damage by the shipping company can be proven.

In the unlikely event that the package is damaged, you must file a claim with the shipping company (we can help if you are not sure). The process is usually not complicated.

The return period for our voluntary take-back obligation is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took or has taken possession of the goods. Please note that we can only take back goods that are returned to us undamaged, unused, complete and – if possible – in original packaging.

If your delivery address differs from the billing address, you can of course specify a separate address for the delivery.

Simply order online by adding the product to your shopping cart.

Alternatively, you can call us during our opening hours or send us an email so that we can place the order for you.

You can pay by bank transfer (prepayment), PayPal or credit card. We accept all major credit cards, such as VISA, MASTERCARD and American Express. For a direct bank transfer, please select this when checking out to transfer the payment according to the bank details provided at the checkout.

To avoid possible disappointments, we would like to inform you that items you have put into your shopping cart are not automatically reserved. Therefore, please proceed quickly to the payment process – otherwise it is possible that the article is already out of stock when you are ready to pay.
